What are the deliverables?
You set the expectations and outcomes in advance so we can match you with an appropriate Consultant.
Can I meet my Coach in advance?
We get it, knowing who you’ll work with is important. The final stage of our match process is to give you an opportunity to connect and make sure it’s a good fit. If not, we’ll go back to the talent pool.
What if I need extra support?
You buy the sessions you need, as often as you need them and we’ll be there to help.
Can I take a break between sessions?
Of course, we’ll go at your pace whether that’s daily, weekly or monthly. The session are yours to use and get value from.
What if it doesn't work out?
We’re confident you’ll be happy with your coach, which is why your introductory session is always free.
