  • Professional Data: Resumes, portfolios, and skill assessments.

C. From "Free Opportunities" Users

  • Opportunity Details: Name of organization, contact details for applicants, and descriptions of the opportunity. Please note that information provided in this section is intended for public display to facilitate connections.

D. Automated Collection

  • Usage Data: We use Google Analytics and Linkly to monitor website traffic, ad performance, and link engagement. This may include IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited.

  • Facilitate connections between Clients and Talent.

  • Verify the identity and eligibility of Talent.

  • Process payments and handle tax reporting obligations.

  • Manage our "Free Opportunities" board.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Internal Matching: Client job scopes and business names are shared internally with vetted Talent to enable service delivery.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted partners including HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (Payments/ID Verification), and Google (Cloud Storage/Analytics). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.
