Frequently asked questions

Can we meet before getting matched?

We get it, knowing who you’ll work with is important. The final stage of our match process is to give you an opportunity to connect and make sure it’s a good fit. If not, we’ll go back to the talent pool.

What happens to unused time?

It’s important to stay flexible which is why unused Assistant hours can be rolled into the following month. Builder hours and Coach sessions don't expire either so you can pause when you need.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Things change, just give us 30 day’s notice and we’ll cancel or change your Assistant  plan. Don’t forget you can always change the plan to meet the needs of your situation too. Builder hours and Coach sessions can be refunded if unused.

What if it doesn't work out?

We do everything we can to find your perfect match, but if it doesn't work out we'll be happy to re-match you. In the worst case scenario we'll refund any unused time.
